2026 EMBARK Plus Survey
On behalf of EMBARK, thank you for using our PLUS service. As a valued rider, your opinions are important to us. We hope you will help us by taking a few minutes to respond to the following customer satisfaction survey about EMBARK Plus service. Your answers are important so we can make sure EMBARK meets the needs of its riders. If you are a caregiver filling out this survey on behalf of a customer, please answer the following questions as appropriate from the customer’s perspective.
ETC Institute, an independent firm that specializes in transit and community research, is helping EMBARK conduct this survey and will submit a public report of the findings to the Board of Directors in the coming months.
